Overall, this piece is pretty decent. The floating hands are interesting, although I admit that they were a bit confusing at first glance. Even if this might be your 'style', I suggest you to add arms as your style looks detailed enough to have limbs. I'd suggest going for a simpler style with basic shapes if you were to do this 'floating hands' thing. However, the proportions here are pretty good! Her head could be a bit smaller and the hands closer, but other than that, it's pretty ok.
One thing I really like here is your attention to the background. Not a lot of artists are willing to draw a detailed background (that includes me, admittedly). The colours are also harmonious, although I would use more contrasted and warmer colours for a more 'adrenaline rushed' atmosphere if that was what you were aiming for. Although the background is decent, I still have to admit that it sort of looks like it was traced. Don't worry-we all start somewhere! If you did trace it, that's okay as we all start somewhere. However, I would recommend drawing from reference later on as it'll help you learn as well.
I could see the source of light here, which is pretty evident and good. The lighting and shading on Lara is also accurate. However, the light and shadows on the rocks don't exactly match this. That's alright-if you could do it on Lara, I'm sure you could do it on the rock as well.
Another thing I would like to point out is the method of shading and lighting. If I'm not wrong, you're using an airbrush tool (or a tool similar to that) to shade and light. While it looks alright on Lara, it looks a bit off on the rock. I would suggest using a watercolour brush or a texture brush to shade and light. It's alright if you don't know how to use it-you will learn as you use it more over time. If not, try 'painting' the shadows using the airbrush tool instead of just drawing a curve for the shadows and lights. If the program you use has layer types, I suggest using the multiply layer for shading (and using other colours like blue to shade instead of just grey to make it look more natural) and screen/overlay for lights.
The composition of the drawing is really nice and makes sense to me. The use of perspective also makes sense. In summary, just keep drawing and experimenting! You have potential to do more and expand your talent, so don't be afraid to try other stuff out, make mistakes, and ask for help.
Good luck!
